Delete your Shieldova account and data

You can permanently delete your account, cases, generated documents, reminders, and uploaded evidence. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete inside the mobile app

  1. Open Shieldova and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account & Data.
  4. Review both confirmations and select Delete Forever.

The in-app flow removes your account and associated Shieldova data immediately after the server confirms deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Shieldova account. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Shieldova account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account to prevent future renewal charges.

Shieldova may retain narrowly limited records only when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, or other legal obligations. Those records are not used to continue providing the deleted account.
